Surfaces Rx was commissioned to finish the new millwork installed in this Park Cities, Texas Home. The four main project areas that had exotic wood veneer paneling was the Wet Bar, Elevator, Master Bedroom, and the Media Wall. The first steps during the millwork finishing process is to tape off and prepare each site and protect the nearby areas. Working with the owners we provided samples of their desired sheen, which they approved. Each piece of millwork is gently sanded before being sealed and then top coated with super durable glossy lacquer. The images below show Surfaces Rx following the best millwork finishing practices.
